I began my career in healthcare as an Air Force nurse and over time, I’ve found deep professional fulfillment in expanding my expertise as a nurse practitioner, particularly in the field of sleep medicine.
Helping patients understand how improving their sleep can positively impact nearly every aspect of their lives is incredibly rewarding. Sleep plays a vital role in our overall health, influencing everything from mood and memory to cardiovascular and metabolic function.
