We were there for an x-ray only so there was limited dialogue about diagnosis, prognosis, concern, etc.
She was also very kind.
The entire Pediatric ER care team was phenomenal. This was my first experience as a parent in the ER with my child and I felt listened to. Everything was explained, including risks of procedures, etc. Great care was taken to ensure my son was in good spirits. He sleeps with his stuffed animal that was given to him and the team that gave the IV did such a wonderful job.
We had a great experience.
Dr. Singh is helpful at explaining about our childs eyes and the problems and solutions that are available, she is also great with kids. We are so thankful for Dr. Singh being here in Vermont.
Dr. Singh was fantastic! She took time to assess my concerns, thoroughly examined me and explained the problem and how to fix it. I felt very confident and comforted in her care.
Dr. Singh is a phenomenal physician. Her kindness and patience are truly unique and my child loves going to see her. But the most impressive thing to me is her unbelievable depth of skill and knowledge. She truly understands vision development in a way that few do. She has earned my trust over the years by listening to me and my concerns and sharing her expertise in a very compassionate way. I trust her decisions and impressions implicitly now and when she tells me things are fine, I believe her. When she tells me it's time to worry, I believe her. I cannot explain how lucky I feel to have her as my child's ophthalmologist.

Everyone was so easy to talk to and explained things in ways I could understand without seeing condescending. Everyone was so FRIENDLY and made the visit fun for my son. I was thrilled with the staff and practitioners.
