About Me
I have practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Plattsburgh for over 30 years. It has been deeply rewarding to care for generations of women in our community and to share many life experiences with them. After retiring for six months, I realized how much I missed my practice — so I returned to work!
I’ve always enjoyed helping patients manage gynecologic concerns. My experience includes contraception management, abnormal pap test evaluation, pregnancy counseling and menopausal symptom management. I also perform gynecologic surgery, including procedures for incontinence and pelvic prolapse. My surgical expertise includes operative laparoscopy, DaVinci robotic procedures and both vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking, biking and downhill skiing. My perennial flower beds keep me busy throughout the summer. I also love to sing and have been a proud member of the Champlain Valley Voices, a community choral group, since 1990. Performing with them twice a year has become a true passion.
