I’ve been practicing primary care since 2012, with a passion for promoting health and wellness through a holistic approach. I specialize in lifestyle medicine, preventive care and nutrition — helping patients achieve long-term health through personalized, evidence-based strategies.
With education from Cornell University and Stony Brook University, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems and focus on empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. I care for patients aged 13 and older, creating tailored care plans that support both physical and emotional well-being.
