Dr. Bratspis always takes her time with me. It never feels rushed and she always makes me feel at ease. She is not judgmental in anyway and truly listens to my concerns. When I have questions she takes her time to answer them and will pull up my labs to explain them. If UVM does any training for PCPs on patient care Dr. Bratspis should participate on how to treat and manage a patient in the clinic. I am a Chief Client Services Office at a Behavioral health clinic and I only hope our physicians and NP's are half as good as Dr.Bratspis.
