Dr. Bethina and his staff were extremely patient and helpful. They went out of their way to take their time to give me the very best care. Dr. Bethina did a USG of both of my feet, aspirated one joint, and examined the entheses of both feet, and gave me a steroid injection. In one extended visit, a great deal was accomplished in diagnosing my illness: inflammatory arthritis. The inflammation was also decreased (temporarily) with the steroid, addressing my pain.

At every appointment with Dr Bethina, I learn something about my condition where to feel on my hand for the swelling from trigger finger to helping me pronounce a medication all as a teaching physician. He is gentle and thorough on exam. I never feel rushed and comfortable asking questions especially because I know I will learn from his answers.
