Dr. Rico was very supportive about the confusion involving me not being told last year that I needed to have my phone call appointment before seeing her this year. I was confused when I was told this was a follow up appointment but I hadn't had a previous appointment to follow up. She took care of everything in a very professional manner.

Meghan was aware that I am basically unusually healthy for my age. She did ask if I had ever had a bone density exam and when I said no she did not pursue it. My blood work information came back the same day as my appointment and Meghan's comments were both helpful and reassuring. I was impressed!
