About Me

I believe that health is about more than just treating symptoms — it's about understanding the whole person. I value rapport and active listening; I take the time to learn the context of a patient's whole life and how that impacts their health. 

Sometimes people want to make changes, but don't know how. Good nutrition, regular exercise and a strong support system are a great foundation, but I recognize that there can be real barriers like time and resources. It's important to know what's getting in the way.

That's why I believe communication is the foundation of the patient/physician partnership. I enjoy working with patients to improve their health using a holistic approach and work with them to find realistic, meaningful ways to improve their health. I look forward to developing a relationship with each of my patients and look forward to being part of both their care and the community.

  • Dr. Meehan is amazing, she is very easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable and at ease while going over all questions and concerns. You do not always have that with a doctor's visit, she is sweet and understanding and I wish other providers had her calmness. She makes it so you look forward to a doctor's visit and makes sure you leave with all questions answered. She's just amazing!!
