  • Dr. Chamberlain was wonderful - explaining things to my husband who could write it down for me due to sudden hearing loss. She was kind and reassuring.
  • I was so impressed with this visit. Dr Chamberlain spent time listening to me, talking with me about my questions and making plans with me that matched my goals. I felt heard and like I was a part of my care team rather than a passive recipient of my care. My care experience has been improving steadily since the introduction of the AI note taker. I think it has freed up Dr Chamberlain to be more present for the appointment instead of having to switch between documentation and listening. I used to be anxious about going to receive care (in general, not just my PCP) but this change in focus from the notes to me/the patient had made a huge difference for me. Thank you!
