She was excellent! Very professional as well as caring. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. She researched me ahead of time, communicated with my care team, and set up things to help me with her treatment recommendations. Great experience!
Kristen is a rare combination of knowledge, skill, experience, and wisdom. She was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and patient with my 10,000 questions. It was a 100% positive experience.
Just great! This follow-up covered my initial issue, Including results of my treatment and a plan going forward, as well as an issue I previously had treatment for. A plan was made for that too. I was made aware the providers upcoming absence from the office and my plan was included there too.
I admire and very much like Kristen Kivlen, professionally and as a human. She does not make me feel our time is rushed but stays focused. I leave appointments feeling empowered and at least more hopeful about my aging health than before our meeting.

Provider was very welcoming and made me feel that my care was important to her. She carefully reviewed my health issues and answered all my questions. At my age, sometimes it's challenging to understand my medical care but this provider repeatedly asked if I understood and explained, with patience, when I needed further explanation.
Kristen was great!
Kristen was great. I've been through so many first time appointments with various plans for treatment for my neck, that sometimes it can feel like we're not being truly heard. Neither my wife nor I felt that way at all with Kristen. She showed that she was listening and factoring what I've done in the past into our short term plan, so for the first time, it doesn't totally feel like I'm starting from the beginning again.
Kristen Kivlen is an outstanding medical professional who goes above and beyond taking care of patients. I feel so blessed to be in her service. Thank You Kristen.

Very professional.
Dr. Kivlen arguably saved my life. She thought it unlikely that I had a blood clot, but didn't feel comfortable not ruling it out, so she sent me Immediately to radiology, and it turns out I DID Have a blood clot, so I am now on blood thinners. Who knows what could've happened if she hadn't been so thorough/conscientious. 100 stars for her!!!
