Good and pleasant experience. Felt very at ease.
Though we have a lot of information, we are still in a diagnostic phase, which limits are ability to discuss the condition and proposed treatment except hypothetically. Overall, I felt as though our conversation was well grounded and helpful, and it left me feeling hopeful about getting through this phase and being able to work together on coming up with an appropriate treatment plan.

Patient speaks Pashto; on-call interpreter was excellent and when we got disconnected Kirsten turned to Google Translate on her phone to convert her very clear questions and advice into written Pashto that the patient could understand and agree to!
