Nurse Practitioner Keely was excellent at providing me with the results of the scans I'd had and telling me what they mean. She fully explained the plan going forward and about the referral to another specialist who will be able to provide more details regarding my condition. Keely made sure I understood and agreed with the plan.

She was amazing answered my question's with ease even though I may have asked the same question twice. She followed up with me after I returned home. That just says it all.

Keely is by far an outstanding PA. She is so wonderful with understanding your concerns. She listens intently and takes time to understand and educate you about your concerns. She is exceptional in every aspect of her work.
I can't remember very much about the appointment just that everyone was nice helpful and kind, but I have early onset dementia, and I have forgotten just about everything except for the kindness shown by staff.
