Dr. Grenoble was very kind and patient with me, and answered me and my mom's questions clearly and in a way that made it easy to understand, even for me who was very ill and felt like thinking was an Olympic level sport. She was also very gentle with the nasal swab to test for COVID and was understanding of and accommodating for my discomfort. I still apologized anyway.

My doctor is Dr. Kathryn Grenoble. She is one of the best. Her patience, concern and medical expertise are consistently evidenced at all the appointments I've had in the office. She is an excellent listener and provides thorough explanations to my questions and conditions.
As I said, Dr. Grenoble is a wonderful doctor. I saw her on Tuesday and she called me on Wednesday evening to tell me she had called in a doxycycline prescription for me and ask how I was. I was in bed with extreme nausea and weakness for the 10th day and her call gave me hope that I could actually get better and that I finally had a "provider" who actually cared. It was a miracle. If she leaves that office I will leave too.

She is a new provider for me (I've had three in the past two years), so I think we're still building a relationship. But I'm glad that she took my concerns seriously.
