This provider was covering for my regular doc. He seemed to be dismissive, and gave a very cursory exam.
I think he is good but it doesn't always feel like he is listening. Never asks any clarifying questions. I feel like he knows what he wants to tell you and that's it
I thought Dr Paul was excellent. He explained things clearly, answered my and my partner's questions, seemed patient, and was understanding. I appreciated his straightforward approach. Also, I was reassured by the thoroughness of the appointment and by his confidence - I left with no remaining questions or concerns.
I left the appointment without a clear explanation of my condition and what to expect. The assistant took the time to write down the treatment instructed by Dr. Paul after he left. He seemed somewhat dismissive of my issue when I requested a sooner appointment than he initially advised. I realize that getting all my questions answered is my responibility and will make certain that is done before leaving.
