About Me

I believe education and shared decision-making are important to any patient-provider relationship. I appreciate one-on-one patient care interactions as well as the broader population health implications of diseases and treatments.

I grew up in the Midwest and attended Loyola University Chicago for both college and medical school. I completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts, becoming board-certified in both specialties. After that, I attended Dartmouth Hitchcock for an Infectious Disease fellowship. While there, I obtained my Masters in Public Health and completed a residency in Preventive Medicine.

Throughout my training, I traveled internationally to provide medical care, including to the Philippines, Guatemala, Haiti, Sub-Saharan Africa and West Africa during the Ebola outbreak.

I believe education and shared decision-making are important to any patient-provider relationship.
