As a nurse practitioner specializing in sleep medicine, I enjoy having the opportunity to help people improve their sleep quality. Witnessing the impact this can have on their overall well-being is very rewarding.
I value being able to provide people with the education, tools and support to make informed choices about their care in a way that aligns with their health goals.
My background in nutrition remains an integral part of my practice, recognizing the influence that diet can have on many aspects of health. Overall, I strive to encompass holistic patient care that extends beyond treating symptoms.
