About Me
My early passion for fitness led me to the fitness and wellness leadership program at SUNY Plattsburgh, where I completed an internship in cardiac rehab. Inspired by my grandfather’s experience with heart surgery and rehab, I knew from day one that cardiac rehab was the right path for me. I went on to earn my Master’s in exercise science from Syracuse University, became a certified clinical exercise physiologist and joined Elizabethtown Community Hospital in October 2017.
I’m passionate about educating and motivating patients to live healthy, well-balanced lives. My goal is to empower them with the confidence and skills they need to continue their journey independently after discharge. A pivotal moment in my training was learning from a nurse at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital who lived by the principle “patients first, always.” Her dedication deeply influenced my own approach to care.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out, running, camping, and traveling to recharge.
