Dr. Diaz and his staff are better than "Very Good"; they re EXCELLENT!
Dr Diaz is genuine and compassionate. I'm most impressed with the fact that he does not feel that the title Dr means he shouldn't do other jobs. The clinic was short staffed so he actually came out and called me into the office area. That's impressive. Not many doctors would do that- they would feel it's beneath them. Dr Diaz takes time with you. He always asks if you have questions. He answers in an understandable way.
Dr. Diaz is very warm and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring regarding the pressure in my eyes. He explained that my cataracts did not require attention at this time but encouraged me to contact him if I noticed any changes that concerned me.
