  • The doctor was excellent from my point of view. His answers to my questions were thoughtful and caring. He stood out to me in his care for my needs.
  • Unpleasant. Off putting. Borderline rude.
  • The doctor wasn't as friendly as in my previous visits. I felt like he might have been having a rough day. Not that he was rude or unprofessional, just not as friendly as before.
  • Good
  • Dr. Sackett has always listened well and provided sound medical advice.
  • Doctor's knowledge gave a good indication the importance of the situation that can arise if not treated appropriately with urgency. I did ask if he was having a bad day he came across a bit frustrated with us.
  • Told me the truth didn't beat around the bush
  • ALL GOOD
  • Bad experience with Dr. Sackett. He showed zero interest, didn't want to be there, felt like I was wasting his time. He has zero bedside manners.
  • When he first came in, He said his name he just looked at me without saying anything else. Then I realized he was just expecting me to start talking about why I was there. There wasn't a lot of small talk at first, like hello or how are you? What's been bothering you, stuff like that. As our discussion went on About the issue I was there for and other health issues That he was unaware of. He seemed disturbed about the care I've gotten from a previous provider in the same field. While he did not display any anger, I could tell he was upset That I didn't get the right treatment or information. As the appointment progressed, he seemed to warm up a bit and was a little more talkative. I've been told that this doctor knows his stuff. He's probably the type of guy that's just all business and small talk. Of course Looking and examining rear ends and penises all day, You'd probably be a little edgy by the end of the day.
  • Nice to have a medical professional actually look you in the eye and listen to you instead of those who are busy inputting whatever on the computer they seem to be attached to!
  • Was not very personable and short.
  • I am grateful for the care I am receiving.
  • Excellent. Very happy to have Dr. Sackett as part of my healthcare team. Very confident in the care provided.
  • Dr. Sackett always LISTENS to my (MANY!) questions & concerns & takes his time explaining conditions, options, and other relevant issues.
  • I was worried ahead of my appointment that my medical issue may be dismissed, since it's likely not the worst case seen (a general fear I have, not specific to this visit). Dr Sackett was clearly frustrated due to issues unrelated to me or my visit, so I was nervous to begin, but ultimately he asked questions and listened to my answers, a care plan was outlined, and he allowed me opportunities to ask questions and get sufficient answers. Grateful that, after multiple visits with other providers who fell short, I'm feeling more confident this medical condition can be managed or even resolved after my visit with Dr Sackett.
  • I have appreciated having Dr. Sackett as my urologist. He is thoughtful and listens well.
  • He was great. I went in very nervous, and he put me completely at ease.
  • Great care, thank you.
  • Good doctor.
