About Me
It is a privilege to offer my patients the most comprehensive skin cancer care with Mohs surgery. The procedure is a precise technique for removing skin cancer. It involves the removal of the cancer with a narrow margin, followed by complete microscopic examination of all peripheral and deep margins by the Mohs surgeon.
I ink the tissue and make a map, so that if cancer cells are still present, I know exactly where more tissue needs to be removed. This is repeated until the margins are clear.
Mohs surgery allows me to remove cancers with the highest cure rate, as well as perform definitive reconstruction on the same day. I see my patients through this procedure from start to finish, and it's essential to me that they are satisfied with their outcomes.
