I am very satisfied by my experience. I had been very worried about the potential seriousness of an issue and both the medical student and Dr Group were very supportive of my concerns. I felt genuinely listened to, offered very clear and full information about both the assessment and my options. They were both reassuring and validated my thoughts and feelings and patient about my decision making process and questions. Dr Group offered additional information to help me decide while still leaving the decision fully up to me. She offered that if I changed my mind later, I could still let her know, easing the pressure from the decision. They also attended and quickly resolved an additional concern of mine. I am very satisfied and grateful!

Follow up care was explained while I was still laying flat, face-down In the chair after surgery with my glasses off, so it was hard to follow what the doctor was saying. It felt very rushed like she needed to move on to the next person so she didn't wait until I could sit up, put my glasses on and look at her. Other than that everything was good.
