About Me

I chose a career in medicine to improve access to care for women and children, and I am honored to provide care to all who seek it here. My commitment is to serve as a health guide through every stage of life, supporting individuals and families on their unique wellness journeys.

As part of an academic medical center that values innovation, cutting-edge technology and evidence-based care, I bring this dedication to excellence into my clinical practice every day. I'm passionate about using evidence-based lifestyle, nutrition and wellness strategies to promote whole-person health. I hold Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, which means I have demonstrated expertise in treating chronic disease through lifestyle interventions — helping families access care that adds years to life and life to years.

Outside of work, I recharge by spending time outdoors — skiing or paddling on Vermont’s lakes and ponds. When I’m not outside, you might find me exploring fiber arts or cooking a healthy vegan meal.

My commitment is to serve as a health guide through every stage of life, supporting individuals and families on their unique wellness journeys.
