Biographical Information

Dr. Matthew Albaugh is a clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont Medical Center. His clinical interests include providing care for those experiencing mood and anxiety problems, attention-deficit/hyperactivity symptoms, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and those on the autism spectrum.  

Dr. Albaugh also provides guidance for residents and medical students as an assistant professor of psychiatry at UVM’s Larner College of Medicine. In addition, his research interests range from longitudinal analysis of multimodal neuroimaging data to brain development and emotion regulation to fronto-limbic circuitry as well as inattention, anxiety and depression.
