Dr. Emily Hadley Strout is an internal medicine physician at the University of Vermont Medical Center and assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT.
The all-encompassing nature of internal medicine is the driving force behind Dr. HadleyStrout’s clinical career. She is passionate about being a primary care physician because her field not only grants the ability to focus on the patient as a whole, but the opportunity to get to know patients over time. She aims to empower her patients by helping them build a better understanding about their own health and how to navigate their care based on their goals and evidence-based medicine.
