Infusion Suite
Our infusion suite offers a welcoming, open-room environment designed to support patients throughout their treatment.
- Six comfortable infusion chairs with heated seating, blankets and snacks available. Care provided by highly skilled oncology nurses, with access to on-site, same-day laboratory testing as ordered
- Infusion appointments typically range from 30 minutes to up to 6 hours, depending on treatment plan
- Wi-Fi available for patient use during treatment
Because seating is limited, advanced notice is preferred when scheduling infusion appointments. Due to space constraints, visitors are not permitted into the infusion suite at this time. Our team is committed to helping you stay connected and supported throughout your visit.
Radiation Oncology
Radiation oncology services at Alice Hyde Medical Center remain open and fully supported.
As part of a planned technology upgrade, the linear accelerator is currently out of operation, with radiation treatment services expected to resume on-site in October. During this time, the only change for patients is the location where radiation treatment is delivered. Patients who need radiation treatment during this period will receive it at either Canton Potsdam (CPH) or Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. We will talk with you personally about which location makes the most sense for you, taking into account things like travel, convenience and your specific care needs.
Care coordination, clinical oversight and support from the Alice Hyde radiation oncology team will continue without interruption.
Our goal throughout this transition is to ensure seamless, care, clear communication and continued support every step of the way.
Parking
Accessible parking is available directly in front of the center, along with ample parking for all visitors.
