About Our Location
Sleep Medicine at University of Vermont Health – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital offers comprehensive services and treatment for the full spectrum of sleep problems that may keep you from falling and staying asleep.
Our nationally accredited sleep medicine program is made up of an experienced team of sleep medicine-certified physicians, behavioral sleep medicine specialists, specially trained nurse practitioners and registered polysomnographic technologists all working to help you sleep better.
We have two locations:
- Office visits with clinical times are at the Medical Office Building, 206 Cornelia Street, Suite 307, Plattsburgh.
- We also conduct sleep studies at our Sleep Lab in the Medical Office Building, 206 Cornelia Street, Suite 104, Plattsburgh.
