Our Birthing Center provides essential hygiene items for you and your baby during your stay at the hospital, but there are additional items you may consider bringing.

What to Bring

Our Birthing Center provides essential hygiene items for you and your baby during your stay at the hospital. Here are additional items you may consider bringing:

  • Snacks for your birthing partner
  • Pillow or blanket
  • Diaper bag with supplies for your trip home
  • Infant car seat

Please leave all non-essential jewelry and personal items at home as the Birthing Center is not liable for items that are lost.

Parking

Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital provides on-site parking. Please park in the parking lot and enter through the main entrance.

Arrival

Enter the hospital using the main entrance. Once inside, walk straight down a long hallway. At the end of that hallway, take the elevator on the left to the third floor. Upon arrival to the third floor, please use the intercom to alert staff that you have arrived.
