Whether you're planning to breastfeed or simply want to learn more, this class offers practical guidance in a supportive environment.

- The importance of skin-to-skin contact
- Getting breastfeeding off to a good start
- Understanding how babies latch
- How much milk babies need
- How to know if your baby is getting enough
