Victoria Zinser Duley is Executive Director at the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation in Saranac Lake, New York. She has held positions in economic development, planning, higher education and research in the North Country, and before that in south Florida, for more than 20 years. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, including serving as the Dean of Research and Planning at Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, New York before returning to the economic development field.
She has a BS from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany, and is a certified Economic Developer and a certified Planner.
She lives with her family in Clinton County, New York and is active in many community interests, including board or leadership positions in the Sunrise Rotary Club of Plattsburgh, the First Presbyterian Church of Plattsburgh, the Turner Board Foundation, Cumberland Head Elementary School PTO, Girl Scouts and the Adirondack North Country Association.
