Todd Daloz is a longtime public servant with extensive experience in Vermont’s legal, health and human services systems. He serves as assistant attorney general and director of policy and legislative affairs in the Vermont Attorney General’s office. Previously, he was deputy secretary of the Vermont Agency of Human Services, where he helped lead statewide responses to COVID‑19, the 2023 flooding recovery and initiatives supporting public safety, community resilience and housing stability.
Daloz has held leadership and governance roles with organizations including Montpelier Alive, the Vermont Humanities Council and the Vermont Board of Bar Examiners. A resident of Middlesex, he brings deep commitment to the well‑being of Central Vermont communities and to strengthening accessible, high‑quality health care across the region.
