Dwyer is an international business development executive and president of White Horse International, a global consulting firm he founded. He spent more than a decade based in Asia as a corporate vice president for Fortune 100 companies and brings extensive experience in business leadership and board governance, including serving as vice chairman of a successful offshore joint venture and on multiple nonprofit boards.
In addition to his business background, Dwyer has more than a decade of experience as an emergency medical technician (EMT), where he has seen the impact of rural health care firsthand. He is deeply committed to supporting community-based care and ensuring access to high-quality services in the North Country.
Dwyer also serves as head organist and music director at Essex Community Church. He is multilingual in Mandarin Chinese and resides in Willsboro, New York, with his family.
