Kevin Gregory is a project management and facilities professional with more than 25 years of experience overseeing capital projects, facility operations and construction initiatives in federal, commercial and institutional settings. He currently serves as a project manager for the U.S. General Services Administration, where he leads the planning, design and construction of federal facility projects, including budgeting, regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination.
Prior to his current role, Gregory served as a construction control representative for the General Services Administration, overseeing federally funded construction, maintenance and renovation projects across a 153-mile region. Earlier in his career, he held project management and construction leadership positions with KIRA Facilities Maintenance, MJ Raymond Construction and Murnane Construction. Gregory has managed multi-million-dollar capital projects and delivered more than 148 modernization and repair projects during his career. He earned a bachelor's degree in project management from American InterContinental University and an associate degree in applied science from SUNY Canton.
