LeBeau is a dynamic health care leader who began her career in bedside nursing. Believing that success is achieved when organizations care for their people the way they ask their people to care for their patients, LeBeau is committed to creating a culture where individuals feel valued and inspired. She works to align the needs of patients, employees and the community while navigating the challenges of modern healthcare. Outside of work, Lebeau enjoys spending time at home with her family and caring for her dogs.
