About Me
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my profession is fostering enduring connections with patients and their families. By truly getting to know my patients, I can better understand their unique identities, values and aspirations, which allows me to deliver the highest quality of care.
My specialty is health promotion and management of acute and chronic diseases. I have experience in many health care roles, including hospitals, outpatient care settings and long-term care. These experiences have all been invaluable to my practice in primary care.
