I've been a longtime advocate for increasing accessibility to integrative medicine and appreciate combining the best of conventional and integrative approaches in my approach to health care.

My research interests include integrative medicine, chronic pain, rural primary care, nutrition, women's health and compassion in medicine.

I believe the best medical care considers a patient in the context of their whole life. I value making strong connections with my patients and encourage their active participation in health care decisions. I work to help patients find a path to healing, health and wellness that is right for them by listening with care and compassion and combining my medical expertise with the wisdom patients already have about themselves.
