About Me
As a medical professional, my primary focus is helping to make correct diagnoses. I am board-certified in hemepath, cytopathology, anatomic and clinical pathology.
This is an exciting time for pathology, and I believe that AI can play a significant role in improving patient outcomes. One area that I am particularly interested in is integrating artificial intelligence into the pathology workflow to aid in diagnosing challenging lymphomas.
I am proud to have been ranked on the American Society for Clinical Pathology's 40 Under Forty List for 2022, which recognizes future leaders in the field.
I earned my medical degree from the Lebanese University and completed my residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. I also completed my fellowships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Outside of work, I enjoy scuba diving, playing tennis, skiing and competing in triathlons.
