I strive to develop collaborative relationships with my patients and meet them where they are, recognizing that each patient is the expert on their own life. I seek to connect each patient with skills and information that can help them make decisions with agency and commit to a course of action that will work best for them.
I prefer structured styles of therapy, with demonstrated effectiveness, that provide patients with transformative tools to live in alignment with their own values and priorities.
