About Me
I was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and highest levels of independence through movement. I’m particularly interested in return-to-sport rehabilitation, whether for competitive or recreational athletes, and in fall prevention.
I find it rewarding to see people overcome fear of movement and regain confidence to return to activities they love.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, Nordic and alpine skiing, spending time in nature and playing with my dog.
