About Me
I specialize in neurologic rehabilitation, focusing on treating patients with conditions such as brain injury, concussion, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), muscular dystrophy, movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, stroke, spinal cord injury and vertigo.
I also specialize in LSVT BIG, a treatment for patients with Parkinson's disease delivered over numerous sessions designed to increase limb and body movement, serial casting, prosthetics, orthotic exams and prescriptions, wheelchair seating and mobility, falls/balance and geriatrics.
I enjoy having the opportunity to work with patients to identify solutions to their mobility, balance and other functional problems to enable them to return to doing the activities that are most important to them.
I also facilitate the stroke support group monthly and enjoy providing educational opportunities for stroke survivors and their families/caregivers. I participated in a Stroke Outcome Measures project to improve consistency of care across the continuum for patients with stroke.
