About Me
I specialize in prosthetics and orthotics, falls/balance, geriatrics, neurologic rehabilitation, oncology rehab and orthopedics. I treat patients with brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), neurologic movement disorders, spinal cord injuries, stroke and total joint replacement.
I'm an active listener and care deeply about people. I chose a career in physical therapy because I enjoy engaging with people and teaching them about their bodies, overall health, prevention and recovery. I am most proud of having the opportunity to help people through tough times in their lives, whether it is physical injury, after surgery or any other medical diagnosis. I enjoy working with patients, families and all caregivers.
My overall philosophy is to listen to patients and give them the time they need. I treat the person as a whole and acknowledge the many emotions and possible life struggles that can come along with injury, surgery and/or medical diagnoses.
