There is no greater honor than to be trusted by a person during one of the most transformational moments in their life. Being with birthing families is just that! I enjoy developing relationships with not only folks seeking care for pregnancy and birth, but also for gynecological care.
I'm passionate about getting to know the clients I care for and meeting them where they are — striving to develop a partnership in their care. I also enjoy offering a group for practicing and learning mindfulness-based tools for pregnancy and beyond. I like infusing mindfulness strategies as resources for clients as they navigate their own health and wellness.
