What I find most rewarding in my work is the opportunity we have — through our children's hospital and pediatric network department — to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child, a family or an entire community every single day. It’s a privilege to be part of a team where that impact is not only possible but expected.
I’m also incredibly proud of our department’s faculty, who are recognized as leaders in pediatric care delivery and scholarship at the local, national and international levels. Despite these achievements, our top priority remains the same: delivering the highest quality care to our patients.
Our approach is rooted in providing cost-effective, child-friendly and family-centered care, with a continuous commitment to inclusive excellence in everything we do. We know that the best care happens when families are not just recipients of services but active partners in designing and implementing the programs that serve them.
