The dynamic between parent, patient and provider is the most rewarding part of pediatric medicine, as we all collaborate to develop the best treatment plan.
I find it incredibly rewarding to build long-term relationships with families and watch children progress in their health. Educating and empowering families with the knowledge they need to navigate these challenges is another aspect of my work that I truly value.
