About Me
I earned my Master’s in Communication Disorders from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2001. Since then, I’ve worked with children from birth to age four, as well as adult and geriatric populations across a variety of settings — including public health, acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, hospital and outpatient care.
I’m passionate about helping patients improve communication and quality of life. As a lymphedema therapist, I often educate patients about this lesser-known diagnosis and its treatment, especially since few therapists in the area specialize in it. I value the time I spend with patients — often 30 to 60 minutes several times a week — which allows for meaningful education and progress toward their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy biking, sailing, kayaking and swimming with my family.
