About Me
My decision to pursue a career in physical therapy was inspired by my own experiences as a young athlete. I’m committed to helping others recover from injuries and achieve their functional goals with the same guidance and support that shaped my own rehabilitation.
I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Herkimer County Community College in 2000 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2014 through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. I’m currently pursuing further education in pelvic floor therapy.
With 25 years of experience across inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, public health home care and outpatient physical therapy, I bring a comprehensive approach to patient care. Since joining our Ticonderoga location in 2008, I’ve valued the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of conditions and help patients reach their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
