About Me

I was inspired to become a physical therapist after experiencing physical therapy firsthand as a child. Following a sports injury, I faced challenges that affected not only my ability to play sports but also my participation in everyday activities. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the role physical therapy can play in helping people regain function and confidence.

I'm passionate about helping individuals overcome their own challenges by providing the tools, guidance and support they need to return to the activities that are most meaningful to them. I enjoy working with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including spinal pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and post-operative rehabilitation. My goal is to help each patient reduce pain, restore function and return to the activities that matter most through individualized, evidence-based care.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active by playing soccer, teaching Jazzercise and skiing.

I'm passionate about helping individuals overcome their own challenges by providing the tools, guidance and support they need to return to the activities that are most meaningful to them.
