What I find incredibly rewarding about my job is the opportunity to treat patients with kindness, compassion and empathy. Caring for people is fulfilling, and I take this responsibility very seriously.
I treat every patient the way I would want to be treated. When I meet new patients, they are often overwhelmed by their diagnosis and looking to understand what might come next.
I take the time to explain complicated medical conditions in clear and straightforward language. Good communication helps alleviate anxiety and reassures patients that I will do whatever it takes to help them.
Visiting a large medical center can sometimes feel impersonal, but I strive to make my patients feel important and confident that they will receive excellent, personalized care. I want them to know I am comfortable managing their condition, even in unexpected situations.
