About Me
I am a primary care nurse practitioner who specializes in primary care and integrative health.
I genuinely enjoy supporting individuals who are dealing with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression and insomnia. My passion lies in empowering people to discover simple and accessible ways to care for themselves that can profoundly transform their health.
I take pleasure in educating others about the wide-ranging effects of stress on our well-being and highlighting the importance of stress management. I learn immensely from those I serve, and it's gratifying to offer individualized mind-body and lifestyle medicine interventions that can enhance various aspects of a person's health.
My work with patients starts by establishing trust and rapport through deep listening and validation. I adopt a strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person is the expert on their body, mind and life experiences.
I take a proactive and prevention-focused stance in supporting my patients. When working with individuals, I always aim to enhance their agency, autonomy and choices so they can continue to evolve in ways that are meaningful to them.
