About Me
I have always enjoyed learning about medications and building relationships with people over time. The day I learned about primary care pharmacy, I knew it was the right fit for me. I truly enjoy becoming part of each person's health journey and helping them navigate important decisions about their care.
My role is to make health care information accessible, understandable and relatable. Choosing treatments and medications can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming, and I enjoy educating patients about their options so we can make decisions together that best meet their individual needs.
Cardiometabolic health is a particular passion of mine. I focus on helping patients develop realistic, evidence-based plans that align with their unique goals, experiences and lifestyles. My own experience navigating chronic and complex diagnoses and medications has given me a valuable perspective on what it feels like to be on both sides of the healthcare experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time outdoors.
