About Me
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, trusting space in which patients can express their feelings, reflect on their experiences and create an effective course of action to heal from pain and trauma to find inner peace.
I have been helping people in both one-on-one and group settings since 2012. My primary focus is helping people going through transitions and dealing with grief, generational trauma, emotional regulation challenges and depression and anxiety. I work with individuals from many cultural backgrounds and have led groups centered on therapeutic gaming, women's empowerment, grief and Radically Open DBT.
My research interests include grief counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, trauma-informed approach and developmental disabilities.
